Yes, I believe they have started to partner with Humana which is the last large insurer left. I expect the customer concentration to continue, but the market will continue to grow.
SMLR was disappointing but 2 bad quarters doesn't spell the end of the world. This next one will show February - May results—this will be crucial to see if the seasonality is front-loaded like management said
The long term thesis is still fairly intact if you believe they have a unique device and PAD is worth catching early. The new data in February should help move adoption forward to larger patient populations
